@mizz5 TurboTax is not using NetSpend this year as it's featured offer when filing. It's using the new Turbo Prepaid Visa Card, which is a completely different card company. On a screen that asked you "How do you wish to get your refund?" was it actually showing "NetSpend" or "Turbo Prepaid Visa Card"?
Did you get a NetSpend card last year, and if so, did it use the deposit info from last year?
