@drj311 If you are going through a hardship and they wait until after your review to help you,,,,,then whats the point lol , for example if you was going through a eviction and you had to wait for your review to be over for a tax advocate to help 9 times out of 10 you would of been got evicted. They suppose to make the process faster so if IRS tells you it would take 40 days to get your return, they supposed to cut that time in half or even more, like they push to get your money faster to help with your hardship, I say keep calling them and get another advocate to help you. I've worked with them years in a row and they really are helpful.
