In order to access the What-If worksheet, you have to be in a TurboTax desktop edition.
Please follow these steps:
- Open your tax file
- At the right upper corner, select Forms mode
- When in the Forms mode, click on Open Form in the upper left of the screen.
- When the Open Form pops up, in the search box, type in What-if, as you see What-if Worksheet appears under 2017 US Form 1040, select Open Form at the bottom to open the worksheet
