Can you spend your tax return if your return needs to be amended?
My tax form needs to be amended due to my W2 being inaccurate. However I've already filed and received my refund. My actual, accurate, refund should be more than I received. So am I able to spend what I have now and get the remainder of my amended return in a separate check? How does this work?
