This is not true. I have been trying to reach a live person since beginning of February.  Basically you cant get a live agent. The automated number tells you to enter your card number and if you didnt receive your card the automated number doesn't transfer you it tells you to call back when you have your card and the email support doesnt give you a number to speak to a live agent. This service is terrible and you have a very hard time getting access to your money.
