How long do I have to amend my taxes if I received a 1099c for 2019? I have already filed, but it hasn't gone through yet with TurboTax. Do I have to file it this year, or can I amend within the next 3 years, because I do owe now.! When I put in the amended amounts in TurboTax, it also changed my State Taxes. Now I owe on both. Please Advise.
