This didn't really help me because they ask for 16 digit card number or last four digits of card that I never received! Not the account number which is only 12 numbers. So I decided to choose option that card was lost or stolen. That is the only way to speak to an agent. I was on hold for 50 minutes before I got someone but they were able to send me out a new card. They also told me if I didn't receive my replacement card to call back and choose lost or stolen card. Thank me for fixing my own problem. Are you guys hiring for customers service because it seems you need someone like me on your team. Lol
