After you file
I'm guessing you don't even read the messages so i will reiterate. The app will not go past the first screen, just gives an error over and over again. The website will not connect, the connection times out. I have tried to access the website using 3 different browsers on 2 different computers and a mobile phone. I have tried to use the app on two different phones, one android and one apple. None of this has worked, and when i talked to the young lady in support she just told me the card had to be activated online and said she would create a trouble ticket to see why i couldn't log in. Connection time outs have nothing to do with cache or cookies even if i hadn't already cleared them. Now, do you have anything helpful to say or just more canned responses?
