I just got off a rather lengthy call with a representative. She said that by the time she got in this morning, the refunds had already been sent to the bank Turbo Tax uses in Santa Barbara. She also said it will take an extra 24 to 48 hours to get it DD for those that elected to have the fees taken out of your federal refund. But she assured me that Turbo Tax customers will be getting their refunds within the next 24 to 48 hours if they elected to have their fees deducted from the refund
