Can I get rid of two 1099Rs for the same amount, but different States?

I worked in the state of Oregon, that is where my 1099R is from, that is where I need to pay taxes.  I live in the state of Arizona and it keeps populating that I the money in AZ and in OR. How do I get rid of the Arizona 1099R that shouldn't exist?
