After you file

Yeah. Just activated my card. Using the app. My balance is zero. I get that the government side of things would take longer, but I'm not comfortable with the idea that I'm given this card, and the activation literally said I was seconds away from being able to use it, but I got a card without a balance. Last year, my entire refund was taken by the department of education. Presumably for my wife's old college loans, and I am too broke to permit such theft again. Why was I sent a card if the account IS EMPTY? WHY? WHAT WAS THE POINT? WHY COULDN'T YOU HAVE WAITED TO SEE A DEPOSIT BEFORE SHIPPING ME THIS PIECE OF PLASTIC WHICH, WITHOUT ANYTHING ON IT, IS USELESS? And if the government deems fit to take my money again, I still struggle to see the point in sending me A USELESS PIECE OF PLASTIC. Waste of a good chip, too, if you ask me. What was the point, really? I am not the only person who finds their refund as a sign of hope for a better day, a better tomorrow, and now I feel I'm being DENIED. As far as I can tell, your company isn't doing anything wrong, but it's not the message you want to send to your repeat customers. Even if I am just going through your free free free free free free free free free free free options. I still deserve to have my refund when I get my card. Now I have my card. No refund yet.
