If you lose your card or believe it to be stolen, log in to report it lost/stolen. Make sure you have your account number.
You can find your account number located at the bottom of your 1040 under the Refund section. See if there is an account number there. If there isn't, you will be receiving a paper check. You'll need to download/print your return first.
First, log into your account.
- Once inside, scroll down to the bottom of the screen
- On the section, Your tax returns & documents click on Show.
- Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
