TurboTax Refund Card
I’m having a real hard time with getting my card. It’s past the 5-10 business days. I requested a replacement and was confused at why I couldn’t speak with anyone. Called again got through to someone and they told me to call the next day to request it to be expedited and the fee waived. I called today waited 45 mins to talk to someone just for them to tell me I’d have to wait another 5-10 business days for a new card. When I asked about it being expedited and having the fee waived because I never received the card, they told me that they didn’t have any proof that I didn’t receive it. In the agreement it says 5-10 business days, when the money gets deposited the company will take their money back, I would have fulfilled my end of the contract. Why can’t the company fulfill their end of the contract in the Timeline they’ve provided?? This is bad business.
