If you have already filed your return, you are not able to make any changes. If your return happens to get rejected, you can update your bank account before re-submitting your return as well as update the issue that caused the rejection.
It can take up to 10 business days excluding holidays to receive your card in the mail. Visit TurboDebitCard.com or call us toll-free at (888) 285-4169 to check the address we have for you, update your address, or have a new card sent to you if it's been longer than 10 business days.
