Turbotax is a ripoff company! They charged me 36.99 for my Florida state tax. Guess what? There is no Fl. State tax. I must have spent 2 hours on the ph. three different times and was told they would only charge me 34.99 instead of 72.00. They charged me the 72.00 anyway and took it out of my bank w/out my permission. If Turbotax is so good, why don't they know which States have no state tax? They are professional crooks!! I'm reporting them to the proper authorities after this message. SHAME ON YOU !!!
