I believe the cycle code may just be the day you entered they system and when they should be done processing it. So the full 21 days. Most people receive theirs before their processing date. My status always changes on Saturday so hopefully tomorrow we see dates which I’m sure we will especially if you have no codes on it transcripts or Wmr page nor received a letter.
