Apologies for the lack of details. What is happening is that I am needing to file for two states, o e as my home of residence on record (for military) and the one I am living in (Hawaii). I need to pay for the Hawaii taxes. The federal and other state have been filed no problem, but when I try to file the Hawaii taxes using direct debit option for payment, it says that it can't file because I have to select efile. I have gone through and made sure everything is completed and accurate, but it won't allow me to submit the file. Hopefully this is enough information.
