Rejected Return
I received an ACTION NEEDED email stating that my return was rejected and that I need to sign in and TurboTax will walk me through fixing it. However, I don't know how to sign in to the software (where I would go to work on my taxes). I do see an option to pull in a return, however it keeps saying I can't pull in my 2019 taxes because it doesn't exist (I have it saved as a PDF on my computer). I can sign in online but I don't see my taxes anywhere on here... Please help!!
