Why does the New Mexico state return list my taxable income as $30k more than I actually made in New Mexico? How is that possible?
I live in Texas and work in both Texas and New Mexico. 2019 PIT-B shows the correct amount of income, but the 2019 PIT-1 seems to be based on my Federal AGI which includes income made in Texas.
