Hello IRS sent me a letter asking to send them a complete form 8962 and copy of my form 1095-A

I need to know what those forms are and how do I retrieve them to send it to them, I also have Blue cross blue shield of Texas and in the letter it says healthcare.gov or market place website, my insurance is not part of it
