To load your refund onto your card:
Follow the prompts for Step 1 to choose how you want to pay your fees. When you get to
Step 2, this is where you get to the screen that asks how you want your refund, choose the Direct
Deposit option. You can obtain the account information (account number and
routing number) by calling the customer service number on the back of the card.
