After you file
If you are referring to a status of "accepted" showing at the Tax Home of your Online TurboTax account, then that is your efile status --not a refund status. If your efiled return was successfully filed and accepted, it will always say "accepted" in your TurboTax account. That just means it was successfully transmitted to the IRS in an acceptable format so that they could start processing it. TurboTax does not get any other feedback from the IRS as they process the return.
