After you file
You would have to amend your return to remove the wrong W2 and enter the correct one. Amended returns must be mailed.
If this was on your 2016 return, you should wait until your return has been fully processed (refund received or if taxes owed payment has cleared) before you amend. The IRS gets copies of all W2's, they may send you a letter asking about the mismatch with what they have & the W2 you filed.
