Should I file an amendment to 2018 Turbo Tax return? Turbo Tax gave me Qualified Business Income deductions last year and it did this year with no change in business.

The business is three rent houses where I am the active manager.  Turbo Tax didn't ask questions re last year and it did this year, but I see that the deductions were also available last year.
