Can you click on the "See all my returns" on the right, to get back in? In the image you have posted, it looks like you selected to have your state return mailed, CA State Printed Ready To Mail. In this case, you would need to mail off the printed tax return, or go back and change it to e-file using the link provided below:

Also, if you are going to e-file your State, you will have to wait until your Federal is accepted before you can go into e-file your State. Can I e-file my state return before my federal?
You can check if your return was accepted on your e-file status or by going on the IRS Where's My Refund? site. If the IRS site states no record found, then it has not been accepted yet.
