You can receive text updates by
adding your phone number to your personal profile in TurboTax.
Please follow these
instructions:
- Login to
TurboTax and select Intuit Account (left
navigation panel at bottom)
- In Account
Settings, select SECURITY (under PROFILE) (left side of screen)
In SECURITY, you can add or
edit your information including your phone number.
Make sure you Turn on Two-step
verification and verify your phone number with text message.

- Sign into TurboTax, then select Take me to my return (orange button)
- Select My Account (upper right of screen) and select Account Settings from dropdown menu
- On left side of next screen, select SECURITY (under PROFILE)
At next screen, you can add or edit your information including your phone number.
