When you go through the FILE section, you will come to a screen that asks "How do you want to receive your Federal refund?" On that screen you would choose "direct deposit". Then enter the information as instructed in the answer below and indicate that it is a "checking" account for this purpose..
If you transferred-in your 2015 data when you started your 2016 return, the bank info from last year may have transferred in as well. If so, see this FAQ on how to revise it:
