If you e-filed with TurboTax Online, you can't get a copy of your W2 from us.
We never had it.
When you e-file, you provide information that's on the W2 during the tax preparation. TurboTax Online Prepares your return with that information. You don't submit it to us, the IRS validates your entries against what your employer transmitted/sent them.
If you didn't keep a copy of your 2015 W2s, your two options to get a copy are your employer's payroll department or the IRS who has this on file for consumers unable to get copies from their employer in some cases.
