I received my tax refund in the mail but my amended amount wasn't on my check. Will I still get my amended amount?

I received another w-2 in the mail after I already filed. I amended my tax return and added my other w-2, I recently received my tax refund in the mail but my amended amount wasn't on my check. Will I still be getting my amended amount?
