Turbo tax was very misleading this year, I signed on from a page that Turbo tax offered a refund advance. After I did my taxes I did not get a response?

During the application I agreed to sending my information to TPG bank and Northwestern bank and I ended up having a $2117 refund.  My return was accepted by the IRS on that same day.  Never got an email about my refund advance approved or not approved and if I can talk to someone at Turbo tax they have no clue
