Hi, in this case you have two options. You can recover the account you used last year or you can request a transcript of last years taxes from irs.gov.
To recover last years account:
- go to TurboTax.com.
- Click Sign In
- Click I forgot my User ID or Password.
- Enter the user ID or Email address you used for your account last year. You will be sent a link to recover the password on your account.
If you no longer have access to the email address :
- Go to TurboTax.com
- Click Sign In
- Click I forgot my user ID or Password
- Select I don't know my email address or user ID.
- You will need to enter your Last name, Date of birth, Social Security Number, and Zip code.
- click continue
- Click Let's try something else.

Complete all the blank fields and answer the security questions. This will give you access to the account.
