I have been a loyal turbo tax customer for years, i tell everyone i know to use turbo tax and have gotten several people to use it. I get a "Turbo Debit Card" and was promised access to my funds within an hour from it being deposited, which was a lie. I call the worthless customer service and the first lady just automatically reports my card lost or stolen WITHOUT my permission and the second guy tells me there is nothing they can do i have funds but i cannot touch them. I want my money transferred or something. If this is not fixed and accommodated soon, i will call FDIC, and a lawyer. I do not think i will ever even use Turbo Tax again, especially if this is not fixed VERY soon.
