But thats what my statement is about. These people have eic and actc. The point I made was that if its law to release it before Feb. 15th then how are these people doing it. The main pic I seen was a lady who took a picture of her computer monitor showing the wmr page with a ddd her refund was 11000 plus dollars. She said she had both credits and with a refund like that I would think she did.
