I am experiencing the same thing. WMR says it will be deposited today, but the final bar is not shaded, possibly indicating that the refund was not sent out for DD today. Check with your bank. They can usually see pending transactions that are in review with your bank. My bank was able to tell me that there is a tax related transaction pending review. They could not confirm how much, but they did say to check my account after 7pm ... Hoping for good news...
