My Fed & State returns were rejected in relation to 199A Divs I received from Vanguard.  I received an automated message from Turbotax stating the returns cannot be refiled due to processing errors that will be corrected on Feb 13, 2019, I assume this is a misprint, should it instead read Feb 13, 2020?

Can you be more specific as to the processing problem?  Is this a Turbotax programming issue?
