They money you on Child support will be taken automatically out of your Tax return. After they take it they will semd a letter to you detalingvthe amount they took. No warning ot will just hapoen. And no the child support office will not give you any update either. So if your refund was more than ehat you owe on child support you will have money left over. BUT if you owe more in child support then what your total refund is then you whole tax refund will be taken
