First century bank customer service. They will literally give you your refund advance loan information every quickly. And the wait is not long at all I never wait longer than a minute to get someone on the phone. But I can update. I am having their Management call me back because I was suppose to recieve my advance yesterday. But I didnt. so they are trying to find out why I havent. I'll let yall know when I get a call back.
