After you file

You may need to explain more.

So you haven't filed any 2019 return at all yet; i.e., it's still in preparation?    And does the Court want a copy of your unfiled, unfinished return that is in preparation?    Will they settle for an unfiled, unfinished, and unofficial one?

Does the Court not understand that 2019 filing season just opened at the IRS on January 27, and many people have not received all their 2019 tax forms such as 1099-B?

Is that what you want to do, and then come back next month to actually finish it and file it?

It is possible to print out a return in preparation by paying in advance to get printing privileges.  We can tell you the steps.   As long as you don't actually file the unfinished incomplete return, you can just continue working on it when you come back to it.   But until you actually finish and file, the printed return would not be an official 2019 return.
