W2 Import Failure

I went thru the entire process and after I submitted I got a message saying my W2 failed to import and I needed to correct the problem by 1/30. I re-imported my W2 and now have a message that says I have to wait until AFTER 1/30 to file. Why do I have to wait? I called TT and got on with an expert and she said it should be fine to go ahead and submit again but I didn’t because it clearly says not to. HELP! What do I do?

After you file

If it does not work, you can enter your W2 manually. Your tax return will not get accepted without that information. Please see the FAQ below for more instructions:

I did that with the representative 3 times on my phone and twice on the laptop. Still doesn’t work.
