It stated on mine that because I applied for the refund advance that i will get the turbo visa card and get my refund advance on there and then when my taxes come after I pay turbo tax the refund advance back the rest of my taxes will go on the turbo visa card and if I wouldn't have applied for the refund advance and didnt want to do check or direct deposit to my bank account I would have got the netspend card.
