I was pre-approved for $1000. Yesterday the IRS recieved my refund and accepted it. I later got an email saying something like “Although you were not approved for a refund advance you will still receive your refund on your turbo tax card minus the fees.” I don’t not have an offset. I’ve never had an issue with a tax refund. I have good credit. I’m not sure what’s going on but if anyone actually receives the money please let me know.
