W2 data import

So , I went though getting my taxes done, got this message at the end

Unfortunately, we have identified an issue with your imported W-2 form. To prevent you from filing an inaccurate tax return with the IRS, we have put a temporary hold on your e-file submission. You will need to follow the steps in the link below to correct your return by 11:59 PM PST on Thursday, January 30th. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience but are here to help you. We have outlined instructions to follow here: https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/redirect/fix-my-import-issue. I followed the steps in the link and they did not work, I called the number and did not seem to get anywhere, this is like my 6th year using turbo tax and the 4th year with my current company, I am not seeing the issue, anybody else having this issue>?
