If you filed and marked that you were claimed as a dependent, you may be okay.
You definitely need to look at your actual return and see what forms were filed. Please log in and say you want to print your return. When you do, it will pull forms up on your screen so you can see them. The step after that is if you actually want to print the forms.
Does your tax return show that someone is claiming you?
Does your return show education credits?
If anything is wrong and your return is accepted by the IRS, you will need to wait until the money is processed and settled before you can file an amended return. That is a long process that will have to be settled before your parents can claim you.
The chances are high that your parents will have to mail in their return with an explanation that your return is in the amend process.
