This is my first year with Turbo tax. It will be my last!!!! When I filled out my taxes, I was offered the refund advance and approved It said I would receive $2,000. They sent me the card through the mail and the card info online. Well, today I got an email saying I wasn't approved. How can they do that!?! It's bad business and I will be reporting to the BBB!!! They are lying to people just to get them to use their services. I'm happy for the few that have received the advance! Y'all are lucky!!
