I was not given the option to apply but was told i did not have the option on the screen for the refund advance based on my credit and that is why the option did not appear on my screen. I was told by turbotax I did not qualify for the refund because of my credit- NOTE- I did not apply but apparently turbo tax gave my personal and financial information for century bank to run a credit check prior to me applying to kind of pre approve me. I never authorized this breach of my personal imformation to be forwarded to this bank or green dot. Turbotax has violated law by providing personal and financial information to a third party without my consent. Is there a lawyer in the house ? pure breach of privacy and the law.
