I had a similar problem with my bank sending security notices that Intuit had access my account.  The answer doesn't cover my case because I haven't had a refund in years.  To resolve it, it took a long time to even find a phone number (instructions apparently don't work on Firefox).  Then I got an inappropriate email answer designed to cut off further communication.  I called back and finally got a person who was unable to fix the problem.  She did give my number to another support person who called me back shortly and fixed it.  Some issues can't be fixed by crowd-sourcing. Also the Contact info is difficult to access, and canned responses often don't work. Intuit has outstanding employees, but the support pages make it hard to access them.
