I'm attempting to amend my efiled 2016 taxes. The Fed amend came out fine but the amended Ca. State return has ""Do Not File" and " Not Final Form" printed on the 540X

The Final Review says only one error.: "The IRS will not allow you to e file the amended return". I'm not trying to e file the amended reurns. But the print out pages keep giving me "Not Final Form"
