After you file

I have signed into the exact same account I use every year for the past 7 years. I only have 1 account. I do not use CDs, its all online directly through TurboTax. I do not link to TurboTax from a 3rd party. Recovering the account via the link you provided does nothing, it is just a password reset. I have been able to log in past years so that I can reference prior years returns. This year your system is blocking me. It does show the tab you reference briefly, however it disappears after a few seconds and is not selectable. The only thing that ever happens is the photo you see below. I haven't not started taxes for this year, and I have not selected anything. I also have not logged into TurboTax since last April. See the picture below below to see what I am referring to for what your website does every time. This happens every single time I log in regardless of what is done.
