After you file

I have used different computers, at home and at Fedex. It will not allow me to continue with updating browser. This does not remedy the situation. I need to speak to customer service ASAP. I have an appointment with IRS in 2 hours. The IRS is questioning whether or not I am the one that filed my return. 

Please call [phone number removed]. I and my friends will not be using Turbo Tax this year without these issues resolved.
