2019 return will be prepared next tax season. The current return is 2018.
If the returns were prepared online, log in and at the Tax Home go to the section "Your Tax Returns & Documents". Expand that section and choose 2018 for this year's return. Then look for the link to "Download/print the PDF." You should be able to get a copy of the 2018 return for free.
If you need a copy of the 2017 return, then also in that section "Your Tax Returns & Documents", choose tax year 2017, then the link "Download/print the PDF." If it was prepared in Free Edition, it may ask you to pay to access the file. If it does, we can tell you how to upgrade to PLUS for 19.99 to unlock all prior returns.
There's also a free option if a prior-year return transcript will suit your purpose. You may be able to immediately download one at the IRS website if you qualify to open an IRS account there. Otherwise, to order a transcript to come by postal mail takes 5-10 calendar days.
